Activity 1 – Thinking through paradigms, aims, and indicators

In order to begin examining current metrics to find indicators that might more fulsomely represent your work and achievements, we suggest the following guiding questions. This can also be downloaded as a tip sheet.

  • What are our goals, vision, values in HPE? What are the aims of HPE?
  • What kinds of impact does HPE have?
  • What are the most aligned metrics that could be used to assess those impacts (or improve them)?
  • What is a meaningful representation of ES impact?
